Yes. You can cancel anytime in Account Settings. Refunds are generally not provided, but special cases for annual plans with unused services may be handled according to terms.
You can upgrade/downgrade in User Center. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges; downgrades take effect at the end of current billing cycle.
Basic is for daily readings and monthly reports. Pro adds deep analysis and trend insights. Premium is best if you want unlimited history and archived monthly reports.
You can download electronic invoices from Billing & Invoices page after payment, or contact our team for paper/VAT invoices.
